1. Check eligibility and timing
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made and made-to-order products
- Underwear, swimwear, and related sets
- Items with signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items without original tags or packaging
2. Prepare your request
Before contacting us, please prepare:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- detailed photos of the item
Photo requirements (important):
- full view of both shoes
- close-ups of soles, heels, and upper material
- any areas of concern
- original packaging
Requests without clear photos may not be processed.
3. Contact us
Send your request to info@myhighheels.ru within 14 days of delivery.
4. Wait for approval
We will review your request and send return instructions.
Do not ship items without approval.
5. Ship the item
- Use secure packaging and a trackable shipping method
Costs:
- Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are paid by the Buyer
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
6. Inspection and outcome
Once received, the item will be inspected.
- If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 days to the original payment method
- Exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed
- All shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the Buyer
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
What to do
- Inspect your order immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@myhighheels.ru
Provide clear photos or video showing the issue.
What is NOT considered a defect:
- minor variations in color or materials
- slight imperfections not affecting use
- sizing or fit issues
- damage from wear or improper use
Resolution
If a defect is confirmed, we may:
- replace the item
- issue a partial refund
- issue a full refund after return
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom and made-to-order items are produced based on the Buyer’s request.
Such items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
